Dale was Deputy Executive Director/Chief Benchmarking Officer for the FL Department of Revenue (2000-2011), one of the most innovative government agencies globally.  

For 20+ years, Dale led major leadership change initiatives in Marketing, Information Systems, and Consulting capacities for Control Data Corporation, General Mills, and Xerox, where he was instrumental in producing $50+ million in Sales Revenue.

     

Dale generously shares his performance excellence ideas as a global entrepreneur mentor to the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, has served as a speaker at 50+ leadership conferences, is a member of the Global Benchmarking Network, holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics (St. Lawrence University), and an M.B.A. degree in Finance (University of Minnesota).
