Board of Director member Clarissa Turner and Dr. C. attended the 2023 Women in Aviation conference in Long Beach CA, February 23-24. 

After attending this conference you will never think again that the sky is the limit.

Our new partner IS3 eAero,  under guidance of founder Graylin Worcester opened the “sky” for female-identifying persons, poets and writers to enter the Poetry Contest themed: “FLIGHT”.  So write your poem, select your age group, and submit your entry to compete.

Together wIth our Ghanaian partner GEIG, EDsnaps continues to work with our group of students in Ghana focusing on Literacy - Leadership & Career Development.

After an intense fall semester focusing on personal development skills, this semester our focus is on team management and social skill development. Our showcase event is scheduled for May, 2023 with students presenting research-based math-focused projects. All projects from the fall of 2022 and spring 2023 will be compiled in printed book format.

We proudly present our first published book “The Expanding Quilt”. This book is the first one of a series of three and is a product created in one of our Literacy Programs. The Expanding Quilt features 10 stories about uniqueness and belonging written by EDsnapsians. Our multigenerational, diverse group enjoyed reading, writing and learning together in a safe virtual environment. Our next book “Layered Circles” will be presented in September, 2023. Our group meets from February - May, 2023.
